While I do not usually tout food from a chain restaurant, I will take exception in this case, because the chicken pot stickers at Cheesecake Factory are very good. The ginger-soy-sesame sauce is what "makes them". Enough so, that I sop it up with the bread they bring to the table. It is tangy and full of flavor. They are pan-fried and have a good crispness, which I enjoy. I never mind a steamed dumpling, but I do love a little sear on them! They are also on the "Skinnylicious" menu, so if you are watching what you eat, there is that.
